Summary

Erin and Tom are perplexed by their friends, Matt and Lisa, ability to always have plenty of money for any and all activities, even though neither one of them has a job.

Miranda Stewart

Miranda Stewart is a freelance film and theater director based in Los Angeles. Her directing credits include Pick Your Battles (Fierce Backbone), The Chocolate Affair (Scribe Stages), Raise Your Hand (Acting Out INK Fest), Vital Records (GLO), Eleemosynary (Hollywood Fringe Festival), Catalyst (Loft Ensemble), ‘Tis Pity She’s a Whore (Archway Theatre, LA Weekly's Pick of the Week), A Part and Funeral Party (Hollywood Fringe Festival), Old Times (Occidental College), The Ash Girl, Little Shop of Horrors, and Metamorphoses (all at Caltech). She has also directed a feature film, Fishbowl, and several short films. Currently, Miranda is attending CalArts, pursuing an MFA in Film Directing.

Michael Harvey Fletcher loves to perform whether it be on the stage or on the screen. No part is too large or too small for although he has played heavy hitters like Hamlet and Caligula, he's also played more quirky character bit parts than you can count!

Caitlin Bell as Lisa

Caitlin Laurie Bell has been enchanted with theater since she was a little girl. She has played many roles, some of her favorites being Pamela (The 39 Steps), The Angel (Angels in America) and Dottie(Chains of Dew). Caitlin is also the Executive Director for Anthem Theater Company that debuted at the 2016 Fringe Festival in Salt Lake. Caitlin would like to thank her parents for always encouraging her dreams and her husband for being the biggest supporter of her goals.

Brittany Vallely as Erin

Brittany is a graduate from Auburn University at Montgomery with a BA degree in theatre and communications with an emphasis in journalism. She made her way to Los Angeles in 2021. She is an actress, model, and fitness lover. This is her first time working with Open Door Playhouse. She also works at The Disneyland Resort in the entertainment department. In her spare time, she enjoys taking various dance classes in the LA and OC area. Brittany is represented by the V MGMT Group. Other credits include Irene Ryan Finalist (KCACTF 2019), Rebecca in Tecumseh! Outdoor Drama (Scioto Society Inc.), and Hieronyma Tru in Energy Endgame (National Theatre for Children). Jaime Pla as Tom

Jaime Pla (@jaime_pla117) is a stage, screen and voice actor from Phoenix, AZ. He is a graduate of The University of Arizona with a BFA in Acting and completed the Shakespeare short course at London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA). Jaime currently trains with Cameron Watson and in his spare time enjoys playing guitar and writing science fiction novels. He is based in Los Angeles.
