Writer

Rich Nagle

Rich Nagle's journey through storytelling began at a young age, first crafting tales to explain mishaps, like breaking his mom's favorite vase, and later through writing lyrics and collaborating with band members during his high school years. His passion for storytelling extended into music, where he wrote and recorded numerous songs, a form of expression that remains with him today.

Theatre became another key avenue for Rich's creativity. He acted in high school, continued performing in college, and later joined local community theatre. Notably, he played the Duke of Norfolk in "A Man for All Seasons" and the ominous Jack Manningham in "GASLIGHT." His foray into directing came with "Come Blow Your Horn," marking his directorial debut. During college, Rich had the privilege of studying under Sydney H.

Spayde, a respected figure in theatre as an author, director, and educator at the University of Iowa.

As his love for theatre grew, writing plays became a natural extension of his storytelling passion. He ventured into screenwriting, writing several screenplays and stage plays.

Among them are "Proclamation 2526," a historical play, and "Alternate Ending," a dramedy. Through these projects, Rich continues to channel his rich imagination and storytelling expertise into various artistic forms.
