Synopsis:

Pat and Robin meet at a dance and then head to Pat’s basement apartment. They start watching a televised broadcast of the classic film Dracula. One of them is terrified by the film. The other counsels, “There’s no such thing as vampires.” That’s right…..Isn’t it?

Kim Hlavac

Kim Hlavac graduated from the prestigious NYC High School Of Performing Arts and received her BFA in theatre arts & film in George Morrison’s company from SUNY/Purchase. Her New York theater credits include Beatrice in “MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING” opposite Stanley Tucci as Benedict directed by Theodore Mann. Edna in “WAITING FOR LEFTY’ directed by Howard Da Silva. Gertrude Stein’s “LISTEN TO ME,” directed by Lawrence Kornfeld. She played Lauren Phillips in the daytime drama “ANOTHER WORLD”. Kim is a proud member of Los Angeles VS & Station House. Kim would like to thank Bernadette Armstrong for providing and supporting the platform for new writers & directors to explore different avenues of their creativity. Kim has written, directed & acted in several pieces for Open-Door Playhouse and has thoroughly enjoyed each experience.

Ann Noble is an actor, director, playwright, acting coach & teacher, solo performer and jail chaplain.  Her most recent acting credits include:  The Night of the Iguana (Boston Court Pasadena), A Bella Incarceration (Echo Theater-member and Theatre Ghosts @ Hollywood Fringe), Corktown '39 (Rogue Machine-member), 52 Pick-Up (Theatre Ghosts @ Hollywood Fringe), The Unraveling (Ghost Road), The Magician's Sister (Kayenta Arts, Utah), The Skin of Our Teeth (A Noise Within), Crevasse (Son of Semele & The  Victory), The Winter's Tale (Anteaus-member), Three Witches (Theatre Ghosts @ Moving Arts-member).  She has also worked with South Coast Rep, Malibu Playhouse, Sierra Madre Playhouse, EST of Santa Barbara, ICT of Long Beach, InterAct, The Blank, InkWell, The Road, Vs., PRT, Station House and Detroit Street Films.  More info about her work in the jails can be found at prismchaplains.org.  IG: sparksjacks
